GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS

1.    SevenGroup S.C. named later LENDER lend to BORROWER car for use 
       on the base of conditions stated in this agreement. The subject of lend is a car.

2.    BORROWER prepays to LENDER deposit as a insurance for possible costs 
       made by BORROWER. Deposit is fully or partly turned back to the BORROWER 
       in of account of whole agreement. Full deposit loss or its part depends 
       on following conditions:

-        Car theft – loss of full deposit

-        Keys loosing – 300 zł

-        Loss car registration documents – 500 zł

-        Damage of the car – 750 zł

-        Damage of the car, repair more expensive than car value 
    – loss of full deposit

-        Lacking or commuted parts – double value of parts 
    /dealer spare parts prices/

-        Causing impossibility of renting the car caused 
     by BRROWER – in proportion to stop days 
     (one day stop – half of one day renting rate)

 Repay of deposit is done always after turning back the car - except the conditions
 mentioned above.

3.  In case of not complying of point 2. of general renting conditions, 
     BORROWER is obliged to pay

Deposit of 2,500 zł (twenty five hundred PLN) in to bellow mentioned cases:

-        If deposit was not paid to LENDER in time of contracting
     the agreement

-        If because of prolonging of rent agreement deposit 
    was diminished by will of BORROWER

 4.    In case of damage of the car BORROWER is obliged to inform immediately 
        LENDER about this fact.

5.    If damage happened because of traffic accident, BORROWER is obliged 
  to contact as soon as possible with LENDER, to get the accident declaration,
  if accident was caused by third party and to secure the vehicle.

6.    LENDER declare that vehicle is in good technical condition, and is equipped 
      with proper documents.

7.    Car cannot take part in car races, sports.

8.    BORROWER takes responsibility for damages and losses caused by his neglect 
      (ie. damage of seats upholstery, damages to car body, bashes and scratches).

9.    BORROWER declare to take whole responsibility and to pay for possible 
       harms caused by driving drunk or over drugs effect or other pharmaceutical drugs.

10.   BORROWER turns back the vehicle after time specified in agreement. 
  Wilful   prolonging the renting time over four hours causing extra charge 
  of additional renting day.        

11.  The car is not to cross the border of Poland without knowledge of LENDER.

12.  If BORROWER was informed about the service time, he should not exceed 
 the service kilometre limit.

13.  If BORROWER does not turn back the vehicle to the LENDER in 12 hours time 
      after time specified in renting agreement and does not get in contact 
      with LENDER, the LENDER will inform Police about the theft.

14. In case BORROWER does not fulfil the conditions of renting agreement,  
     the LENDER is to transfer personal data of BORROWER to authorities 
     responsible for law execution and to file of persona non grata named 
     “black list”.      

15. BRROWER can not borrow the vehicle to third party, except of person 
     stated in agreement as a driver.

16. BORROWER is obliged to park the car in guarded parking place. 
In questions not regulated by this agreement application have 
Civilian Law regulations. 

17. This agreement is issued in two identical copies, each for the party.

Additional data:

Rent a Car declare and inform that:

-        Each car is guarded by satellite identification system
     LOJACK, which is activated after theft notification.

-        Border guards on every border line of Poland are aware 
    to stop the cars belonging to Rent a Car companies
    (regarding to every identification data and specific 
    marks regarded to the car)
